01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dewataplay ("dewataplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dewataplay website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the dewataplay Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dewataplay Platform.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the dewataplay Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

dewataplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games on dewataplay, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active dewataplay account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. dewataplay employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dewataplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dewataplay username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dewataplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Know Your Customer (KYC)

dewataplay is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by dewataplay for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dewataplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). dewataplay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your dewataplay account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. dewataplay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. dewataplay aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements. dewataplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed within your dewataplay account dashboard and may be adjusted from time to time. Players who have completed enhanced verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your dewataplay account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

dewataplay reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Promotional Changes

dewataplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Continued participation in a promotion following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the dewataplay Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the dewataplay server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

dewataplay is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Random number generators (RNGs) used in dewataplay's games are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in professionally managed studios under controlled conditions.

dewataplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors during gameplay. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game, dewataplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the dewataplay Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to dewataplay.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dewataplay staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

dewataplay reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the dewataplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of dewataplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dewataplay Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dewataplay.

The dewataplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of dewataplay. You may not use any dewataplay trademark without prior written authorization.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewataplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

dewataplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dewataplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The dewataplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dewataplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. dewataplay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dewataplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

dewataplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

dewataplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if dewataplay reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have engaged in any form of cheating, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to dewataplay, other players, or third parties.
• dewataplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, dewataplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your dewataplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dewataplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dewataplay will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the dewataplay Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and dewataplay, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through dewataplay's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

dewataplay's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
